Wuppermann AG commissioned us to modernize and expand its existing warehouse and production logistics at the Moerdijk site (Netherlands) with an all-in-one solution. Our software solution OneBase^®MFT was therefore in demand. The extensive retrofit included end-to-end material tracking throughout the entire system, from goods receipt to paperless dispatch. This increased process efficiency, but also significantly improved the expandability and maintainability of the system. The challenge with this project was to carry out the extensive retrofit within a year – while maintaining full operation and without any manufacturing downtime. Together with Wuppermann, we mastered this challenge and implemented it to the full satisfaction of the customer.
