Material tracking
Know what is where in the warehouse – Manage your inventory with our innovative Warehouse Management System and ensure order fulfillment throughout the entire process chain – from goods receipt through proper storage to precise picking and shipping. Coordination and optimization of resources, labor and space utilization, as well as material flow is essential. OneBase®MFT provides inventory accuracy and real-time transparency across the entire flow of goods – error-free, timely, and precisely according to customer requirements. This ensures that every order is fulfilled efficiently and reliably.
All material movements, whether automatically detected by transport equipment (Transport Control System) or manually requested via the OneBase®MFT administration application, are recorded with precise positioning by the central Warehouse Manager process and transmitted to the ERP system for inventory management.
All configured storage areas can be viewed with the respective current material assignment in the visualization system not only in list form, but also in a 3D view. This ensures full transparency over warehouse fill levels and stock distribution.
Material Flow Control
The OneBase®MFT Warehouse Manager not only provides comprehensive and consistently accurate warehouse management, but also ensures optimized material flow control through the use of a highly configurable rule engine. It generates transport and travel orders for storage and retrieval tasks, handles destination location determination, and selects suitable materials for production supply and loading.
In collaboration with the Transport Control System, the Warehouse Manager optimizes processing sequences, routes, and transport equipment. Through the real-time system of OneBase®CoRE, the Warehouse Manager has access to critical information such as transport equipment positions, stacking sequences in the warehouse, and signals from the safety area. This data enables the full potential for highly optimized order generation and material flow control to be realized.
Efficient dispatch process
OneBase®MFT automatically guides the operator through the entire loading process. Through the mobile handheld application, trimodal loading onto ships, trains, containers, and trucks can be performed with customized loading processes. From license plate recognition, rule-based access control, and automatic loading bay assignment, through picking and generation of loading orders, to printing of shipping documents, the system provides comprehensive support for the shipping process.

Find answers to frequently asked questions
What is a WMS or Warehouse Management System?
A Warehouse Management System (WMS) is software for the comprehensive control, execution, and optimization of all warehouse processes—from goods receipt through storage/relocation/retrieval, picking, and packing to shipping. It digitally maps inventory and storage locations, controls material flow, and integrates with existing ERP or MES systems. A modern WMS is the core of an efficient and well-organized warehouse.
Which warehouse types and industries is the OneBase®MFT WMS designed for?
From small parts warehouses for automotive components to yard management for multiple steel coil warehouses—OneBase®MFT is at home in any industrial operation.
From manually operated to fully automated warehouses, our WMS is used in block, high-bay, indoor, and outdoor storage facilities and can be adapted to various industries and environments.
What functions does the Warehouse Management System offer?
Core modules include warehouse management (goods receipt, storage/relocation/retrieval, picking, shipping), transport and driving order management, materials management (inventory, histories), transport equipment management, and reporting (statistics, KPIs, alarm monitoring, heatmaps) – all visible in real time.
Individual customization or tailor-made solutions can, of course, also be implemented.
What are the everyday benefits of 3D visualization (Digital Twin)?
All storage locations and inventory can be viewed not only in lists but also in a 3D view. This not only simplifies the search for material but also provides a transparent overview of all transport equipment – allowing inefficient processes to be identified and resolved.
Are barcode scans required – or does it work without them?
Depending on the expansion stage or setup, the OneBase®MFT WMS requires a minimal number of barcode scans—in systems with RTLS tracking, completely scan-free processes are also possible.
