During the introduction of the ABF production control system, the focus was on ensuring communication with the ABAS ERP system, the glue application, the conveyor lines and the HF press and controlling the label printer for fully automatic labeling of the pressed BSH bars. <\/p><p>Our tried-and-tested ABF solution <span><i><b style=\"font-weight: bold !important\">OneBase<\/b><\/i><sup><span style=\"font-style: normal !important\">\u00ae<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-style: normal !important\">MES<\/span><\/span> was used again, which now also ensures optimum coordination of production processes at this Mayr-Melnhof Timber site, resulting in fully automated manufacturing of BSH parallel goods. The new system now also provides the recording of operating data, which will further contribute to increasing productivity in the future.
