timber:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The planned production orders are received from a higher-level industry ERP system.<\/li><li>This is used to calculate the raw material requirements for the raw panels to be produced, taking into account the minimum stock levels.<\/li><li>The production orders, including raw material requirements, panel structure, press fillings and processing programs, are then sent to the systems in the individual production areas at the right time:<ul><li>Cross-cutting and sorting system with Golden Eye for recognizing wood properties and quality.<\/li><li>Short finger joint for manufacturing cross-layer production in the panel<\/li><li>Long finger joint for the production of longitudinal layers<\/li><li>High-frequency press for producing the CLT panel<\/li><li>CNC joinery machine to cut out the required components from the panels<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eef4df2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cross-cut and sorting system<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6426a6c e-con-full e-flex e-con data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The cross-cut and sorting system produces quality-sorted packs which, like the lamella packs, are stored at the long finger joint using stacker orders from the ABF system.<br>Before these packs are fed to the production line, the production batch \/ press fillings are rearranged to optimize the production sequence in order to minimize set-up processes. The MES supports the process execution with the following functions: <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\">The processing sequence is defined in an operator dialog with processing information and status (e.g. turning, blocking, rejects).<br>The raw panels waiting to be processed are displayed in the warehouse so that they can be transported to the joinery machine by crane.<br>After processing, labelling is initiated and the warehouse booking of the panel and components is reported to the ERP system.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\">The process statuses of the various production areas are visualized for the operator throughout the entire production process.<br>Production-specific evaluations are available for plant operators and shift supervisors.
