We are delighted to have received another important order from our long-standing customer Salzgitter Mannesmann Grobblech GmbH (SMGB)! Our customer is already successfully using our for material tracking after the heavy plate mill stand. The advanced warehouse management system with a sensor-controlled Crane Guidance System is also running in the finished goods warehouse, which optimizes the entire process of loading heavy plate onto trucks and trains.

We are proud to now also introduce our innovative technology in the pre-material warehouse and thus take a further step towards efficiency and automation together with Salzgitter Mannesmann Grobblech! Two cranes are in operation there, which store the slabs from the web unloading and transfer them to the furnaces of the downstream heavy plate rolling mill.
